A proud native Chicagoan and New York transplant since 2015, Alexa is a multi hyphenate artist, personal trainer, and spiritual being. Most recently seen in Carson Kreitzer and Matt Gould's Lempicka at La Jolla Playhouse directed by Rachel Chavkin with Choreography by Raja Feather Kelly, she also appeared as Hunyak and as the Matron Mama Morton Understudy in the National and International Broadway Tours of Chicago The Musical (Japan, Israel, Mexico, Canada, US). Her favorite role to date is Fanny Brice in Funny Girl (Director Brian Feehan). Other credits include Sister Robert Anne in Nunsense (Gateway Playhouse), Me The People: A Trump Parody Musical (where she comically impersonated politicians and celebrities Off Broadway), Memphis, RENT (Gateway Playhouse), Norwegian Cruise Line, and Anybodys in West Side Story (Brian Feehan). She holds a BFA in Theater from The Boston Conservatory with an emphasis in Directing and Dance, has 20+ years of professional dance training spanning from Chicago to NYC, and has a wealth of character voices, dialects, and accents in her arsenal.
